An Inconvenient Truth

What i learned is that if the North Poles ice melts then the sea water level will rise. It will affect New York, Florida and etc. What worries me is if that can happen to them what will happen to us over in Los Angeles. I wonder how will global warming we affect us. Not only does this affect humans, but it affects animals. For example the ice is already melting polar bears can drown because the ice is too thin so when they try it can just break in half or there hardly is any for them to climb on so they'll just have to keep swimming and sooner or later get tired and just give up. I feel bad because animals aren't the ones affecting the earth as we are, they are suffering because of us. An other thing i learned is that its our old ways of technology that causes these types of changes. For example most of the hugest lakes and rivers are now gone or hardly there.
