My Anti-Drug

My anti-drug is going to the beach. I enjoy the sound of the waves and the way the sand feels between my toes. I usually go to the beach at night because its more relaxing and i won't hear any kids screaming and running around and kicking sand to my face. At night people are hardly there, they spend most of their times at playing arcade games. I enjoy the water at night because it's a lot warmer. The beach is beautiful with the lights of houses surrounding it. It calms me down and is a place where i can clear my mind and enjoy the water. Another anti-drug of mine is drawing. I draw when i have nothing else to do, it keeps me focus on one thing and not over think on things that i don't want to come to mind. It's an other thing that relaxes me and eases my mind. I draw anything that comes to my mind, i draw realistic things and make believe. I draw what i feel, drawing helps me express my feelings when i have no one to talk to.
